I, the undersigned, hereby agree that I participate in all horse riding activities on the specified date entirely at my own risk on said date.

I confirm that my activities, and the activities of my minor children, at Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm are entirely voluntary and I accept all risks involved therein. Accordingly, Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm and/or any of its employees or partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused, suffered by me (to my person or property) or my child(ren) as a result, directly or indirectly, of participating in the activities at  Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm and that Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm and/or any of its employees shall not be liable for any loss and/damage arising therefrom, and I hereby indemnify Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm and its employees from any loss, damage or injury that would otherwise incur arising from or incidental to the participation in any activities at Horse Rides @ Pete’s Adventure Farm. 

I, as a parent or legal guardian, hereby agree that my child (ren) participate in all activities on the specified date entirely at the own risk of the parent and /or legal guardian on said date.

COVID-19 REGULATIONS AND DISCLAIMER:

By signing this indemnity, I agree and acknowledge that the following measures have been explained and implemented:

• I agree to have my temperature screened and recorded on arrival.
• I agree to sanitise my hands on arrival and on departure.
• I agree to wear a mask at all times while on the premises and during all activities.
• I agree to adhere to the 2m social distancing recommendations.
• I agree that all tack and equipment was sanitized before my use.
• I agree that a sanitizing station is available for our use on the property.
• I have been advised to shower immediately on returning home and to wash all items of clothing separately and immediately on returning home.
• I agree that I accept all risk to myself and my family by participating in this activity.
• I agree that should I experience any symptoms within two weeks of my participation, I will notify the establishment.
• I agree that I have not, to my knowledge, knowingly come into contact with an infected person within the last two weeks.

EACH PERSON RIDING TO COMPLETE A SEPARATE INDEMNITY. PARENTS OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 TO COMPLETE FOR EACH CHILD PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY.
