OUR PREFERRED METHOD OF PAYMENT IS A DIRECT BANK TRANSFER BUT ALL BANK FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS MUST BE COVERED BY THE PAYER, FULL AMOUNT OF THE COST OF THE RIDE MUST BE REFLECTED IN OUR BANK ACCOUNT.

Custom / additional payments as per arrangements.

On the wine tasting ride, payment includes Standard Wine Tasting. Any extras purchased need to be paid directly to the wine estate on the day. Extras:

  • Cheese Boards
  • Additional wine purchases for your own account. Please arrange to collect any wine purchases after your ride.

Cancellation & No-Shows

  • Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the reservation date. Thereafter 100% cancellation fee applies and no refunds will be due.

  • The only exception is in the case of heavy rain or lightning storms, we will make a joint decision with the guest by 19h00 the evening before the ride as to whether we go ahead / cancel / postpone. 

  • In the case of “no-shows”, same day cancellations, or cancellations outside of the above cancellation policy, full payment is due and no refunds will be made.

  • Arrival time is 30 minutes before the ride start time to complete forms, fit helmets and be paired with your horse, so that the ride can leave at the scheduled time. As we may often have other guests on the same ride we cannot wait for late arrivals once the ride start time has begun. We cannot refund if we need to leave without you.

  • Where the House Rules have not been adhered to with regards to minimum age, maximum weight or appropriate clothing, we cannot refund if a rider cannot participate. Please make sure before you book that you do not exceed the weight limit. 75kg is the maximum, it is not a guideline, so we cannot exceed this, not even by 1kg and no exceptions will be made.48
