Meet your Host

Hi, I’m Deirdre

This retreat has come together naturally from the things I love most—being out in nature, spending time with horses, and creating space where people can just slow down and reconnect.

It’s about those quiet, grounding moments… feeling present, breathing a little deeper, and experiencing something real.

This retreat is an extension of that—something simple, meaningful, and from the heart.

I am a FGASA qualified nature guide, registered with the NDT, and a 200 hour yoga teacher trained through Life Retreat in association with House of Yoga.

" Deirdre makes you feel very at ease. You can easily tell she is passionate about horses, the wildlife as well as the nature around. She is highly knowledgeable and will give you some facts about the animal you encounter on the ride. Definitely recommend it (even to beginners) ! "
