If we are busy riding with guests we can’t always answer the phone immediately. Please send an email or a Whatsapp and we will respond as soon as possible.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING:

  • We require a minimum of 2 guests for a ride to be scheduled.
  • Solo travellers may join another already booked ride, or you may choose to pay the minimum of 2 people if that is your only available date and no others have booked.
  • Our horses are a small breed and their welfare is our priority, therefore our weight limit of 75kg is strictly applied. Please be sure of your weight before booking as weighing is required on arrival and we will not refund if you are not permitted to ride.
  • Each horse has a different carrying capacity ranging from 55kg to 75kg so we need to know EACH PERSON’S accurate weight. We assign and prepare horses based on provided weight – if on arrival you are more than the weight you have provided, you will not be able to ride if there is no horse available for your actual weight and no refunds will be made.
  • We have 2 larger horses that can carry a bit more but:
    • One is ONLY FOR ADVANCED LEVEL RIDERS , no beginner, novice or intermediate.
    • The other one is suitable for a confident beginner, but not a nervous beginner. He is a big boy and can be intimidating for a first time rider who is anxious.
